My Novel:

Off-Season
(currently marketing)

Jessie loves the beach during the off-season where everything seems out of place, like snow that drifts across the sand like a cresting wave; but little did she know how different the Jersey Shore would be from the tamer, more manicured beaches of her childhood, where she felt safe, protected. Here, the sand is coarser, darker, riddled with mussel and oyster shells, and scraggly scrub pines and brush grow wild on the dunes. After she and her boyfriend check into The New Irvington boarding house, she soon learns that the only protection she can count on is from within, and that one must learn to trust and forgive in order to truly transcend.

The Garden in White

The garden in white,

lying in wait, like a

bride preparing for

her wedding day,

when life will bloom

with hope, promise–

such evanescent beauty,

but perennial growth.
